To submit a new abstract, click on the "New abstract" button.
Fill in the contact's personal details. Fields marked with an asterisk are mandatory. The email address you provide when filling in your details will be used to send you any notification of your submission. It is important to make sure that the address is correct and always use the same one.
Write the title in CAPITAL LETTERS without a full stop at the end.
Enter the abstract text in the form following the instructions on the screen.
Choose the TOPIC and TYPE of presentation of your abstract (you can only choose one).
- Do not forget to add the contact person's details if he/she is one of the authors of the abstract. To do so, click on the button "Paste date from the contact person" and listed him/her correctly.
- Click on "Add author" to add additional authors.
- Indicate which author will present the paper by ticking the box "This author will present the abstract".
The last screen shows a summary of the process. Click on "Submit" to submit your abstract.
Once you have successfully completed all the steps, a screen will appear indicating the number assigned to your submission. Please, keep this number for future reference. An email acknowledging receipt will be sent to the email address of the contact person.
